Litigation and dispute resolution before all of the courts and in Jersey is central to the work of the firm.
Advocate David Le Quesne and his team have contested some of the most significant criminal and civil cases in Jersey over the past few years including Blenheim v Morgan and others, A.G. v Young, Cantrade Private Bank, Stoneman and Williams, A.G. v Michel & Gallichan and A.G. v Newell.
