Viberts is generally recognised as having the island’s leading family law team. We are involved in two out of every three Jersey family law cases.
Our team includes specialists in all aspects of family law, strong negotiators and a qualified social worker. We have two partners who are qualified to practice collaborative law, a form of alternative dispute resolution, which seeks to settle family law cases out of court. We also maintain a close working relationship with a leading set of family chambers in London.
Viberts takes on all sizes of cases, from multi-million pound divorces, to the return of children in care to their parents.
