We have an expert understanding of Jersey’s Children Law, particularly as it relates to residency and contact arrangements.

We also have experience of dealing with adoption and child removal/abduction cases. We have a trained social worker on our team who maintains close links with the Jersey Children’s Service and Police Family Protection team.
