Licence Agreements

Unlike leases, licence agreements do not grant the occupier exclusive possession of the property concerned. Not being subject to the same control by Jersey’s Housing Department, they may be entered into by persons who do not hold full housing qualifications.  At Viberts we advise licensors and licensees and make sure the agreements they enter into do not breach Jersey’s strict housing regulations.
