Our Wills and Probate team provides clients with peace of mind when planning for the future.
We provide full will drafting and executorship services for both Jersey residents and foreign residents with assets in the island. We can provide curatorship services for those legally incapable of looking after their own affairs, or attorney services for the elderly.
We regularly provide advice for private individuals about local inheritance law, succession rights, or the validity of an existing will. We also act for and against charities where there is a dispute after they have been bequeathed a gift in a will.
