Zoë was born and educated in Jersey. After studying business and finance she then completed a law degree at London University.
After gaining ten years of varied practice experience in Jersey, Zoë was sworn in as an Ecrivain of the Royal Court (Jersey Solicitor) in 2003. For several years she has specialised in family law and she is also qualified to practise collaborative law. Zoë was instrumental in introducing this practice in Jersey and is a member of the UK body Resolution, which advocates a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
Zoë was made a Partner of Viberts in 2006.
Zoë was sworn in as an Advocate in November 2007, the reason she transferred over to become an advocate is because of the increasing number of cases which are being referred upwards to the Royal Court from the Family Division and this will now allow her to represent her clients throughout the process.
Zoe is the Chairman of the Social Security Medical Appeal Tribunal.
"St. Lawrence is at the heart of the island and is a Parish of which I am very fond.
I have lived in the Parish for some time, and was also married in its church. It has a real sense of community and I enjoy being a part of that.
I spend many a happy hour walking around the lanes of St. Lawrence with my dog Max. I very much enjoy living in the country and seeing the seasons come and go. There is no better place to be, particularly on a summer’s morning, and after a hard week at work."
