Christina was educated locally at Beaulieu School, qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2001 with Mourants and initially practised local commercial law gaining valuable experience in trusts and funds.

Christina has established a successful practice which includes both advising on high value transactional work and conducting complex commercial and general litigation. She began her career as an Advocate advising on non contentious Jersey trusts, corporate acquisitions and private and public property funds. After four years working on some of Jersey’s most high profile transactions and then a sabbatical in Latin America, Christina joined Viberts’ litigation department and extended her work to include dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in many areas of civil and criminal litigation both commercial and otherwise and has acted as lead lawyer on a multi million pound trust dispute. Christina has also applied her skills to family law, and is often briefed to represent the parents in children public law proceedings, of which the most complex has involved an application for judicial review and a successful appeal to the Jersey Court of Appeal.
