Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The EAP Service
The EAP provides a confidential 24-hour telephone support and personal assistance service, 365 days a year.
At any time, day or night, as an employee of Viberts you can talk to BACP qualified counsellors who can help you address personal issues.
Care first’s information specialists are also on hand Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm to give help and
practical advice on a range of subjects, either work related or personal.
The EAP also offers up to eight face-to-face counselling sessions a year where clinically appropriate, and
unlimited telephone counselling with up to eight sessions per topic.
These sessions can support you in overcoming issues such as managing debt, legal concerns, relationships, family crises and your own health problems.
