Overview

Elisabeth is a Legal Assistant in Viberts’ Personal Law team. She works mainly in the area of wills and probate.

Born in Jersey, attending Jersey College for Girls, Elisabeth self-studied and completed her LLB in Law in Jersey at the Institute of Law, completing in 2016. Elisabeth originally joined Viberts in 2014 and after a year off to complete her degree she returned in July 2016.

Elisabeth is primarily focused on will drafting, she advises both Jersey resident and non-domicile residents clients in the preparation of their wills. She also submits fast-track probate applications and undertakes elderly client work on a more general basis. Elisabeth is renowned for her client service and can be relied upon to articulate complicated areas of law into simple language.

Elisabeth is a STEP Affiliate; which is as a result of her achieving the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation.

To further her training, Elisabeth completed her Legal Practice Course in July 2019 at the University of Law (Guildford), in which she achieve a commendation.  She now is about to start her period of recognised training to become an English Solicitor.

Outside of work Elisabeth enjoys music and has achieved Grade 8 in Voice. She also enjoys reading, musical theatre, Formula 1 and loves to undertake various DIY, arts and crafts projects.
