Tom is responsible for manning Viberts’ IT service desk, responding to all IT hardware and software requests across Windows 7, 10 & macOS, and escalating queries accordingly. He is experienced in providing support for a variety of user applications, including the Office 2010 suite, iOS & Android devices and VoIP phone systems.
Tom also maintains our IT case log, using it to record and analyse the underlying cause of IT issues and active directory user database.
Tom is CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, and holds an ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys reading, running and karate.
