Rose & Alexandra,
We are nearly there...
By way of a thank you, not only for being my Lawyers and very dear people but for the extraordinary care, consideration, guidance and support, that you have shown me over recent times and, for the right lovely invitations to many magnificent things! (Oh and I think I missed patience off the list)
Alexandra joined the Family Department at Viberts in September 2015, shortly after completing her law degree (LLB Hons) at Newcastle University where she took a particular interest in family law. To further her training, Alexandra completed her Legal Practice Course in July 2018 at the University of Law (Guildford) in which she achieved a distinction. She has now also started her period of recognised training and she is expected to qualify as an English solicitor in or around April 2020.
Alexandra works on all areas of family law, but primarily in complex and/or high net worth financial matters in the context of both divorce proceedings and non-matrimonial proceedings such as Schedule 1 (Children’s Law) applications (financial provision for unmarried parents). She also has experience in private children’s proceedings, comprising of residence and contact matters, parental responsibility disputes and injunctions (non-removal and non-molestation) as well as child maintenance matters.
