Penny was appointed as Head of People and Culture in September 2020. She is a highly committed and dedicated HR Practitioner with commercial awareness and strong people management skills.
Penny works closely with the Partners to help deliver strategic projects and change initiatives to enable the firm to deliver its current and future goals.
With a strong emphasis on employee engagement she is passionate about managing the lifecycle of an employee.
She has experience in organizational change, complex employee relations issues, HR corporate governance and performance management.
Penny enjoys eating out with friends and family, walking, running and kayaking.
