Viberts’ Employment Law specialists are running seminars throughout 2025.

As requested by delegates, our theme for 2025 is ‘Jersey’s discrimination law’.

Our second seminar 2025 on Wednesday 18 June will look at the relationship between mental health issues and discrimination claims, in the context of increasing workplace absence as a consequence of poor mental health and the high proportion of disability discrimination claims in Jersey's Tribunal.
