Viberts is a leading offshore law firm in Jersey, providing a full range of legal services to local and international clients. As our Dispute Resolution department continues to grow, we have an exciting new role for an experienced self-motivated administrator to join our team.
Previous experience working within a legal environment, or the medical sector, would be advantageous. If you are confident in managing a broad range of administrative tasks to a consistently high standard, are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organisational skills, we would be delighted to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team where your skills and contribution will be valued.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role ideally within the legal or medical sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.
- Good team player with excellent people skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach.
