Jonathan Bernardino

Trainee English Solicitor

Jonathan is a Trainee English Solicitor currently based in the dispute resolution team whilst he completes his training contract. Prior to this, Jonathan was based in the family law team. 

In the family law team, Jonathan works on all areas of family law, including private law children’s proceedings, comprising of child maintenance matters, residence and contact matters, and parental responsibility disputes. He also deals with a wealth of matrimonial proceedings.

Prior to joining Viberts in June 2019, Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Sussex in 2018. In the future, Jonathan hopes to become a Jersey Advocate.

Jonathan completed the LPC at the University of Law in June 2022 achieving a Distinction. He started his training contract to quality as an English Solicitor with Viberts in October 2022 and will quality in April 2024.
