Lisa-Marie Marc

Lisa is an English Solicitor in Viberts’ Dispute Resolution team.
She joined the firm in January 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2025. She specialises in commercial and trust disputes and has experience handling personal injury, professional negligence, criminal, and property matters.
Prior to joining Viberts, Lisa spent nearly four years at a boutique law firm in Jersey, specialising in non-contentious corporate and trust matters. During her training, she undertook a six-month secondment with the Trust and Probate Litigation team at Stewarts in London, gaining exposure to high-value and international litigation.
Lisa’s practice focuses on complex commercial and trust litigation, where she advises corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals on matters involving fiduciary duties, cross-border legal issues, contractual disputes and inheritance disputes. Her recent work includes:
- Representing clients in disputes concerning the proper exercise of trustees’ powers.
- Acting for a French company in a multi-million-pound personal injury claim involving insurance and cross-border legal issues.
- Advising on capacity-related challenges in inheritance proceedings.
- Providing strategic counsel to companies on contractual disputes and debt recovery.
- Representing private clients in white-collar criminal matters.
Lisa holds a dual degree in French and English Law from the University of London and Université Toulouse Capitole. She completed the Legal Practice Course in 2022 and earned a Master’s in Law, Business and Management with distinction.
Fluent in both English and French, and proficient in Spanish, Lisa brings an international perspective to her work. Originally from the south of France, she is actively involved in the community and volunteers with the charity Healing Waves. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing and practicing yoga.
