Saoirse Barette

English Solicitor

Saoirse joined Viberts in June 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in November 2025.

She works on all areas of family law, including matrimonial finances, divorce and separation and private children issues comprising of child maintenance, residence and contact matters.

Saoirse completed her degree in Oxford in 2020, then worked in another local law firm gaining experience in property, dispute resolution and probate. She then passed the Solicitor qualifying exams and completed the two-year period of recognised work experience.

Saoirse is a member of the Jersey Family Law Association and Resolution. 

In her spare time Saoirse likes to keep active by going to yoga and walking her family’s labrador, she also loves to cook for friends and family.
