Part time, permanent (ideally 25 hours a week Mon-Fri. Other working patterns considered for the right candidate.)

Viberts is dedicated to providing outstanding legal advice and customer service. Our Private Client team are looking for an assistant to join their busy team.
Previous experience working within a law firm or regulated entity would be beneficial, but not compulsory. If you are confident in undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks and no task is too much trouble, are proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent organisation skills, and would like to find out more about working in a friendly and collaborative team, then we would love to hear from you.
This is an office-based role.
The successful candidate will
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Have experience of working with the public and confident with communication in writing, over the telephone and face-to-face.
- Have a good level of numeracy and literacy.
- Be computer proficient.
- Be able to exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be a good team player with excellent people skills.
- Be adaptable and good at multi-tasking.
- Be able to deal with compliance related matters for onboarding clients.
