We are seeking a Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution department. This role is ideal for a professional who has previous experience ideally within a Dispute Resolution team.
Qualifications and experience
- 3-5 years relevant PQE.
- Be a fully qualified Solicitor.
- Experience with commercial litigation.
- Drafting skills and ability to carry out legal research.
- Experience of managing people.
- Ability to manage your own casework, providing expert legal support and advice to clients.
- Able to assist Advocates who are representing clients in Court.
