We are seeking a Trust Lawyer to join our Corporate Law department. This role is ideal for a professional who has previous experience dealing with and advising on trust related legal matters.

You will undertake fee-earning work to include the creation, operation, restructuring and termination of trusts.

Qualifications and experience

• A minimum of five years relevant PQE specialising in trust related work.
• Be a fully qualified Lawyer / Solicitor and willing to study to be a qualified Jersey Advocate.
• Hold a STEP qualification or willing to become STEP qualified.
• Experience of managing a team.
• In depth experience advising high net worth individuals, their professional advisors and their families on trust related matters.
