Good Divorce Week is an annual campaign led by Resolution, a UK community of family justice professionals. Its goal is to promote more constructive, child-focused, and less confrontational approaches to separation and divorce.

Its purpose is to encourage calm, respectful communication between separating parties. Highlighting options such as mediation, collaborative law, and early legal advice, instead of going straight to Court. At Viberts, we encourage this approach also.
