India Price and Claudia Barker qualify as English Solicitors

India Price and Claudia Barker have qualified as English Solicitors on 1 October 2025.

Zoe Blomfield, Managing Partner, said: “We are immensely proud to see both India and Claudia qualify as English Solicitors under the Viberts’ English Solicitor Training programme. It is fantastic recognition of their ability and hard work and takes our number of qualified lawyers to 28”.

India studied for her Law degree at the University of Essex and graduated with a 2:1 in 2021. Upon completing her degree, she completed the LPC at the University of Law, Manchester in 2022.

India provides advice in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, matrimonial finances and private children matters such as contact, residence, and child maintenance issues. She also has experience in employment and property law.

Claudia studied for her Law degree at the University of Liverpool and graduated with a 2:1 in 2019. She later completed her LPC LLM at the University of Law, Liverpool in 2021 and achieved a Distinction.

Claudia obtains Jersey Grants of Probate for local, fast track and non-Jersey domiciled estates and assists with estate administration. She also drafts wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
