Viberts’ Employment Law specialists are running seminars throughout 2026.

As requested by delegates, our theme for 2026 is ‘Employee health & wellbeing in the workplace’.

Kickstarting our 2026 programme, our first seminar provides an overview of the legal framework in relation to employee health and wellbeing in Jersey.

We'll look at the law, highlight pitfalls and share practical steps for building inclusive policies.

Partner and Head of Employment, Vicky Milner, Senior Associate, Rebecca De Freitas and Trainee English Solicitor, Jordan Ramsay will provide delegates with clear and practical advice on managing employment law issues.

The seminar will include a Q&A and a short update on recent/forthcoming legal changes.
