Viberts’ Employment Law specialists are running seminars throughout 2025.

As requested by delegates, our theme for 2025 is ‘Jersey’s discrimination law’.

Our fourth seminar 2025 on Thursday 27 November will provide practical guidance on managing discrimination claims in the Jersey Employment and Discrimination Tribunal. This will include how to deal with and respond to claims raised by employees and service users and a look at recent Jersey case law, to discuss the discrimination issues we are seeing most often in the Tribunal.

Partner and Head of Employment, Vicky Milner and Associate, Rebecca De Freitas will provide delegates with clear and practical advice on managing employment law issues.

The seminar will include a Q&A and a short update on recent/forthcoming legal changes.
