English Solicitor

India joined Viberts in May 2023 and is an English Solicitor in the Family Law team. 

India provides advice in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, matrimonial finances and private children matters such as contact, residence, and child maintenance issues. She also has experience in employment and property law.

She provides clear and compassionate advice and can help make a difficult experience more manageable with her supportive and thorough approach.

India studied for her Law degree at the University of Essex and graduated with a 2:1 in 2021. Upon completing her degree, she completed the LPC at the University of Law, Manchester in 2022.

India has recently become a member of the Jersey Family Law Association.

Outside of work, India likes to spend time relaxing with her friends and family.
