Kathleen McGee

Senior Associate | Solicitor

Kathleen joined Viberts in August 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

Kathleen qualified as a Scottish Solicitor in 1998 and acted on criminal and civil matters in court before moving to Jersey in 2000.

Kathleen acts for individual clients, legal expenses insurers and represents clients with a full range of  catastrophic injuries which can include traumatic brain and spinal injuries.

Kathleen's work includes organising rehabilitation for clients which is crucially important in cases involving severe injuries. She has achieved settlement for clients either through negotiation, mediation hearings and court proceedings.
