Rebecca Gueno
Associate | English Solicitor
Rebecca joined Viberts in 2020 and is an English Solicitor and Associate based in the Dispute Resolution team. She has over a decade of experience in practice within the Jersey legal profession, and completed the Jersey Law exams in August 2025.
Rebecca specialises in trust and high value estate disputes, and has extensive experience handling criminal and contentious property matters.
Rebecca’s recent work includes:
- A high net worth rapport and légitime dispute, both at Royal Court and Court of Appeal level.
- A dispute concerning servitudes and ancillary rights between neighbours.
- An Article 51 blessing application under the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984, concerning the distribution of trust assets between beneficiaries.
- A trust dispute concerning the validity and enforceability of a settlor’s letter of wishes.
- Assisting the defence of a matter concerning offences under the Goods and Services (Jersey) Law 2007.
Rebecca completed her law degree in Durham in 2013, before completing a Masters in International Legal Practice in 2014.
